A call-first starting point
Rezcues is launching its public website with a deliberately straightforward first step: call for help. We are not presenting unverified app features, live driver tracking, or automatic dispatch as though they are already available everywhere.
That matters because roadside coverage is not one uniform national switch. Towing, jump starts, lockouts, tire service and fuel delivery all depend on local provider capacity, vehicle requirements and operating conditions.
Building the operating layer
The longer-term Rezcues direction is a connected dispatch layer that can support individual drivers, fleets, dealerships, automotive programs, motor clubs and service providers without forcing every request into the same workflow.
For business programs, that means the potential to define eligibility and service rules, route work appropriately, capture status events and preserve useful operating data. For providers, it means a pathway to receive work based on actual service area and capability rather than a generic directory listing.
Coverage should be real
Rezcues will develop coverage market by market. Public coverage claims should follow verified provider capacity—not the other way around. That is why our site will expand as metro areas, dense service zones and provider capabilities are confirmed.
What comes next
We are continuing to build the public information layer, provider network, business-partner paths and the technology required to connect those pieces.
