Rezcues is being built as an orchestration layer for roadside assistance. The goal is to accept a request, apply program and service rules, route fulfillment, track status and preserve useful operational data.

Integration-ready architecture

The platform is being designed so fulfillment is not hard-coded to one provider network. Own technicians, independent providers, towing companies and external networks can be supported as integrations and operating agreements are activated.

What is live vs. planned

The public website and partner/provider intake are the current focus. Automated dispatch, live tracking, provider bidding, portals, payouts and embedded APIs are later operational phases and should not be represented as live until verified.
