Vehicle lockouts

Call +1 406 501 6962 to ask about roadside options for your location and vehicle. Call to check current availability. Assistance depends on the service needed, safe access and a suitable provider accepting the request. Ask about availability, the quoted total and any arrival estimate before agreeing to service. For a fire, medical emergency or immediate danger, call 911.

Locked out of your vehicle

If your keys are inside a locked vehicle, call to ask whether vehicle-entry assistance is available for the make and model. Explain whether the keys are visible inside, missing, damaged or not being recognized. Those situations may need different services, and gaining entry does not necessarily solve a missing-key or immobilizer problem.

Provide the year, make, model, exact location and a callback number. Ask what proof of ownership or permission to access the vehicle will be required. If the relevant documents are locked inside, explain that during the call rather than assuming it can be resolved on arrival. Do not send identity or payment details through an unverified channel.

Confirm that the provider can work on the specific vehicle, what method and limitations apply, and the quoted charge. Key cutting, replacement fobs, electronic programming and home or business lockouts are separate requests; none is promised here. Do not try improvised entry tools while waiting for professional guidance.

If a person is trapped and in danger, or there is another immediate threat to safety, call 911 first. An ordinary lockout inquiry is not a substitute for emergency response.

Frequently asked questions

Can you help if I lost the keys?

Explain that the keys are lost. Ask whether the needed locksmith or transport option is available. Entry assistance alone does not provide a replacement key.

Will the provider ask for identification?

Ask which verification is required for your request and how documents locked inside will be handled. Confirm the identification and permission requirements with the prospective provider before assistance is arranged.

What if the vehicle is rented or belongs to my employer?

Explain that you are an authorized driver and check any instructions from the owner, rental company or fleet contact before arranging work.
